  I work in the food industry and this place is gross. Their cutting boards are gross. My work I have to clean mine all the time. The gal at the register was very rude didn't even offer me a bag. Had to ask one for myself. The gal who,made my bagels was very rude as well. You need some new staff who actually like their job. Will never return again.

  There's no reason to believe the negative reviews. This Bruegger's is just fine, the staff is just as any food service; lots of young people, mostly professional. The food here, as with other locations, is inexpensive and high quality.

  Great bagels but the service at this store is pathetic.
  
  Bought a dozen bagels today and the airhead (AH) said "Oh, you get a bakers dozen". Well I guess a bakers dozen to an airhead is 11, because that is how many were in the bag when I got home.
  
  On other occasions (as in more than once)
  
  Me: I'd like my bagels in a plastic bag
  AH: We don't have plastic bags.
  Me: Yes you do
  AH: No we don't
  Me: Yes you do.
  AH: No we don't.
  Me: Please get your manager.
  AH: We don't have plastic bags do we?
  Mgr: Of course we do. Here they are. (Right under your nose AH)
  
  This is a management issue.
  Poor hiring and training.
