  Never enough seating, I've seen people go eat at Wendy's at their dining room for the ice cream, great product though

  One of the worst experiences I have had at a cold stone. They were so worried about making everyone's that you got your ice cream way before you paid and then I could have walked out without paying. I had to stand at the cash register and wait for one of the 4 workers to finally ask if I had paid yet. They also didn't ask anyone if they wanted it to go or not so when everyone got to the end of the line they were trying to shove lids on and making a mess which adding time to everyone waiting in line. Definitely could use some more training.
